Main duties and responsibilities
MAS Capital Private Ltd, Battaramulla as the PA to CEO – MAS India
Manage the CEO’ calendar, activities, and track key business deliverables and follow-up on pending tasks

Plan and manage the Overseas Travel Management and logistics (Tickets, visa, Hotel accommodation, travel agenda and Other prerequisites etc.)
Coordination between HR and other stake holders and ensure smooth business operation by assisting day today administrative tasks
Encourage profitable expansion while boosting the stability and health of the financials.
Ensure proper visitor management and orderly VIP buyer visits.
