As a Sales girl from their company I would go out on the field and make at least 25 to 30 stops a day traveling Monday through Friday to a new city from inside the inland empire to Los Angeles to bring in and closing accounts for C-Hiree Personnel. I would make sure the recruiter from the office would be filling in my open orders ( accounts ) on time and making sure candidates are getting screened properly and correctly step by step to ensure an amazing result and outcome when dispatching a top tier candidate. I was also in charge of their social media platform and would take care of their tik tok account and bought them from 230 followers to 10.5k in one month ! I would take videos of me being in the field and working and going to facilities on my days out on sales and advertise what we currently have available to offer for applicants who are looking for work. I would keep a good professional relationship with the customers and do check-ins at the facility and add people to the clock, register their thumb print as well and do walk-throughs 3 times a week for different companies as well.

I would make sure everything was getting done as necessary, checking all drivers in the facilities were following company safety rules and correcting and approving time punches before edits before payroll as well as keeping communication with payroll when associates requested their pay stubs or W2 form.
