• Implement RCCA(Root Cause Corrective Action) for all quality issues reported by the customer and ensure corrective actions are applied across other Cabin Integration programs.

• Analyze parts which has an issue information from the supplier and provide SRR (Supplier Rejection Report) to inform the business counterpart and the Customer.

• Update the Monthly CAB(Corrective Action Board) Report for NOE, Customer PPM, and FVI, and ensuring completion.

• Ensure on-time uploading of trace/travelled works items and concessions in the AIRBUS Portal, with a turnaround time of no more than three days from the request date.

• Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product safety and quality through statistical method such as SPC(Statistical Process Control), Pareto Analysis, FMEA.

• Provide reports for NOE (Notice of Escape) and Customer Complaint using tools 8D, Why- Why Analysis(5Why’s), DAISE and 5W2H.

• Meet FVI DPU targets by analyzing defects and coordinating actions to address the top three issues using QC tools, 5M change point and DAISE.

• Develop and provide inspection templates designed for each individual program.

• Develop problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve operations, develop time management skills to improve efficiency and productivity, develop collaboration skills to improve teamwork and communication to be able to encourage employees to share ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and take on new challenges.

• Knowledgeable in SAP system. Review and validation of the material/product parts use from the supplier in actual versus technical 2D/3D drawing and system/software (SAP, Teamcenter, BOM and ECN, Net inspect).

• Conduct project proposal to lessen the inspection items and processes and to assess some improvements such as reduction of manpower, scraps, defects and other issues through analyzing process then reflect Quality Control Plan(CP).

• Assign and responsible for FAI(First Article Inspection) audit findings from the Customer.

• Conduct verification/review and approval of First Article Inspection details of result in Net- inspect system based on AS9102 - Aerospace First Article Inspection Requirement.

• Provide Quality Notification (QN) for the changes, discrepancies, errors and problems identified during New Product Introduction and New Product Development using SAP system, Team Center, Actual Customer 2D/3D drawing, Design Changes, etc., and provide recommendations and actions.

• Set-up and approved parts request by the Supplier in Net inspect considering the attached document versus actual parts

• Part of Cross-functional team which involves CORE methodology and values in identifying and optimizing the business processes in creating value, achieving goals and meeting customer satisfaction without sacrificing the quality by applying the Lean Six Sigma Strategies such as DMAIC/DMADV tool / approach and DOE (Design of Experiment) for New Product Development and Introduction .
