Projects included:

Built 12 Blockbuster video stores from the ground-up within 65 days that resulted in $5.4M in revenue. Identified 25 external contracting companies to complement the existing three preferred resources. Developed an aggressive work schedule and managed the entire project from start to finish.

Spearheaded the conversion of a gym/spa while building four new free-standing healthcare facilities. Overcame significant challenges, including uneven floors, plumbing issues, and electrical roadblocks. Hired and managed subcontractors, directed changes, and met with inspectors for the $4.2M project.
