Led and developed a team of 6 Recruiters and 3 Contractor Onboarding Specialists: responsible for sourcing, interviewing, contract extension and negotiation, and onboarding of all our 1099 independent Premium Auditors and Loss Control Inspectors working in the field.

Oversaw end-to-end recruitment for 60 high priority Premium Auditor openings, and 200+ Loss Control Inspector roles.
