Supported corporate finance for multi-billion-dollar food ingredient manufacturer in an AS400 operating environment.
Created cost template that is used for budget and actual results. Consisting of three parts - Production, Overhead, and
KPI input used to create product line cost per hour. Fifteen tabs collect data from various source files. The template
is used in 13 divisions.
Provided month and year-end Sales and Volume extensive reporting, requiring data downloads and database
management for Senior Management;
- Large customer current and prior year to date sales and volume analysis.
- All customers by division sales, cost, and margin.
- Division volume analysis by actual current period, same period one year past, budget compared to actual,
and variance analysis.
- large negative volume product by customer year to year analysis.
Supported prior acquisition by providing present value analysis for current and fully depreciated fixed assets. This
required developing a matrix that relied on cost-of-living yearly government data. Also provided depreciation reporting
for select divisions.
Created margin analysis prototype for MIS programmers. This application discerned total margin percentile differences
by year between total product cost and pricing.

Advised corporate controller and cost manager for $300,000,000 subsidiary of global energy provider.
Created financial reporting analytical templates for multi-site chemical management service.
Performed customer travel expense profitability analysis. This analysis was later integrated into Castrol Americas Sales
operating requirements.
Integrated financial reporting from various accounting systems into JDE One World.
Analyzed and reported operating revenue for 35 profit centers using key performance indicators. Using Access created
separate P&L reporting enabling each service center to review their costs and expenses.
Completed enterprise performance management project, enabling high-level customer analysis by product.
