Serve as Senior Lifecycle Logistician (LCL), Product Support Integrator (PSI) & Product Support Manager (PSM) for ACAT I, II & III Programs. In the ICBM Sustainment & Acquisitions Division (AFNWC/NMLP). I provide guidance on the twelve product support elements, which I manage/oversee scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of ICBM Ground System Programs going through the DEPOT. Key player with proposal development, contract negotiation and contract compliance. As well as Proposal preparation, assisting with plans, specifications, and financial terms of the contract. Work with the Depot in growing business development initiatives. Manage and routinely provide supervision of a project or multiple projects to achieve warfighter mission while following and maintaining the organizations vision. Assurance includes checks and balances for compliance with standards and vision alignment. Involved with regular reviews for accountability and successful management of project, stakeholders, and suppliers. Provide Integration of components for best fit for program success. Optimization of performance across program platforms to achieve the best functional and technical value. Work with Cost tracking programs that allows for breakdown of all program administration costs. Work with Depot and other agencies on infrastructure, which may include office, version control and IT, entails resource allocation for successful completion of program objectives. While developing the plan to orchestrate projects, resources, timescales, monitoring, and control. To ensure improvement covers ongoing performance assessment, research, and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for program success. Provide market reports, which indicate that the job outlook for programs continues to be strong and expected to remain strong. Logistics Management Specialist GS 346-12

Serve as lifecycle logistician (LCL) for assigned ACAT III programs within the ICBM Product Support Manager portfolio. Provide LCL support between program managers, engineering, depot maintenance, and AFSC, DLA, AFGSC, AFNWC and/or industry partners to forecast workloads and ensure supportability based upon LCL analysis. Manage daily activities to support the warfighter and program managers with product supportability and Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) information. Analyze data, develops outcome metrics, and evaluates program success related to total lifecycle supportability and cost. Revise system logistics support documentation as required by polices and standards. Assist program managers with acquisition, deployment, and sustainment activities. Routinely coordinate with the program manager to develop product support plans and milestones or segments of larger plans as directed by policy and guidance to provide the best product for the user, ensuring the most effective and economical means of support considered and planned for during all stages of a programs lifecycle. Work with the program manager to integrate the activities of the functional specialties as outlined in the Integrated Product Support (IPS) Guidebook. Ensure all IPS elements considered and optimized for the program. Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) activities. Provide full support to assigned program IPT to ensure maximum utilization of total lifecycle planning resources. Participate in RIE(s) to find root causes of deficiencies in the maintenance production line or the proper execution of any acquisition program due to issues with preferred support methods. Provide expertise and support in the development, accomplishment, and documentation of the Product Support Business Case Analysis (BCA), Logistics Health Assessment (LHA), Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) and Product Support Agreements (PSA) for all assigned programs. Work closely with program manager and IPT personnel to determine support requirements, ensure milestones are met, deficiencies are identified, and corrective actions taken. Evaluate and assist in updating the LCSP at each milestone to ensure accuracy and effectiveness. Evaluate cost, sustainment, and supportability of assigned programs. Provide supportability analysis, failure analysis, health metrics, resource requirements and demands on programs to ensure proper lifecycle sustainment of the assigned program. Develop and analyze data to determine logistics objectives and goals, identify support requirements (including funding, contract development, and other technical support requirements), and establish relationships with the program IPT and stakeholders involved in the total lifecycle reliability and maintainability of the assigned ACAT III program.
