CLOUD AND DIGITAL SALESFORCE MANAGER PWC JUNE 2019 – SEPTEMBER 2024 Solution Architect for a Salesforce data migration project, responsible for merging both Sales and Service Cloud environments into a single instance. Led the data migration team in developing scripts for moving, merging, and cleansing data, which was migrated into the new Salesforce instance using SQL and Heroku as migration tools. Provided updates around script development, mock migration, and migration progress though a weekly status report presented to the client. Migrated data was verified by coordinating with the clients Sales and Service cloud users to ensure that existing user functions continued to operate with the migrated data, modified existing Salesforce components
