His responsibilities have included overseeing the management and growth of national distributors, national chain accounts (such as ULTA Beauty, REGIS and JCPenney), and direct regional distributor partners. Michael’s primary duties include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives, executing national and account-specific growth strategies across sales teams and direct accounts, cultivating and strengthening internal and external C-level relationships, and focusing on new business development.
