Champion for Monday.com in the engineering department. Creating boards to track projects and teaching the inspectors the value of using Monday.com to track their numerous projects.

Resolved a major issue at the Water Reclamation Center (WRC) when they were operating at a reduced rate waiting on a supplier to prioritizing replacement of Flow Meters. Once I was involved, the issue was resolved within three weeks.

LEONARDO DRS, LAND SYSTEMS 2019 - 2023

Managed the design and qualification testing of the LRSS program, a masted surveillance suite for the Canadian Government, contracted through General Dynamics Lands Systems – Canada (GDLS-C) with a contract value of $66M

Managing the production delivery of LRSS Systems to the GDLS customer. Delivered 40 of the required 71 systems in five months, working with the organization to overcome parts shortages.

Managed the modification of 24 F/A-18 aircraft in Switzerland. Responsible for developing a plan to change wings in Switzerland, test the aircraft and ensure it was airworthy, witness test flights and sell off each aircraft to the Swiss government. Reduced cycle time to change wings from eight week to four weeks.

Manages Compliance, Governance and Risk Management throughout Boeing Defense ensuring all functions are measuring compliance requirements and reporting any risk at the corporate level.
