Managed the modification of 24 F/A-18 aircraft in Switzerland. Responsible for developing a plan to change wings in Switzerland, test the aircraft and ensure it was airworthy, witness test flights and sell off each aircraft to the Swiss government. Reduced cycle time to change wings from eight week to four weeks.

Manages Compliance, Governance and Risk Management throughout Boeing Defense ensuring all functions are measuring compliance requirements and reporting any risk at the corporate level.
