Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involved in tender stage to Provide inputs to relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory requirements, contract standards and cost targets to ensure that the key organization interests are captured and covered in the contract.

• Change Management: Dealing with potential changes in contract scope and ensuring the achievement of contract objectives despite potential challenges.

• Preparing all subcontractors Agreements according to the scope of work, with the assistance of all technical departments concerned with the works.
