Preventive and weekly Maintenance activity planning along with Maintenance team.
Managed to Change or Replacing Corrugation Fluting, Pressure and Applicator Rolls, NC Cut-Off Knifes and Double Facer Belts by Self Till end of Aligning as per Standards through Carbon Trace Checking method.
Planning the paper availability for each job cards. Decision making on change of paper combination according to paper availability and minimizing the number of changeovers considering the cost & quality parameters as major factors.
Maintaining good operation flow in Corrugation Process.
Implementing good industry techniques to avoid the Quality defects in corrugation like warping, cracking and delamination.
Implementing the Glue preparation process with constant quality and maintaining less than Industry Benchmark of only 16kg/ton.
Material Procurement planning of Primary Paper raw material purchase and follow up with suppliers.
Quality and Productivity improvement training to Operators & Helpers and measuring method of training effectiveness.
Training to all for the safety by conducting safety audits and 5S implementation for neat workplace along with safety.

Started Working from the day of Corrugator machine started Erection Process.
Planning for the Corrugation and Printing by conducting daily production planning meetings.
Implementing Wastage analysis methods and reduction of wastage by implementing systems to prevent the findings of the analysis reports.
Monitoring the Outstanding orders, Production reports & downtime details daily.
Daily meetings with team members regarding rejections & improvements.
Recruiting and developing second line operators for nonstop production.
Taking CAPA against to the customer complaints.
Follow up with the supervisors & In-charge regarding the job flow and providing the solutions to finish the jobs earlier.
Process Improvement by effective use of Manpower.
Plan to Reduce Resource consumption of five major factors: Electric Power, Manpower, Glue consumption, Fuel consumption and mainly unwanted Paper consumption due to moisture or reel damage.
Preventive maintenance system development and follow up using the operators itself.
Monthly review meetings about present situation and future developments.
