· Responsible for maintaining a complex and extensive electronic filing classification system foe the health care systems EMR and am directly responsible for entering data into it for direct and indirect patient care activities. Telework due to Covid-19 for 4 months. Completed the required telework training on DOI Talent.

· Added two campground areas to the Recreation.gov website. Completed necessary application process for both campgrounds as well as supply all information for both sites. Uploaded photos of each campground and posted them to the webpage.

· As a Visitor Use Assistant at Haleakala National Park in the Kipahulu District, I applied the federal recreation fee program stated in RM 22 and sold park passes accordingly to the public at the ocean entrance to the Park on the East side of the island of Maui.

· Use a two way radio to communicate to law enforcement or to dispatch if there were any situations they needed to be aware of.
· Trained new staff on procedures as a VUA and also contributed to a fee manual used by on boarding employees to help with daily routines in the fee booth.
· Help with scheduling when fee supervisor is on extended leave and worked as a Supervisor when the Supervisor was on leave.
