Responsible for amending Logistics Policies for entire Lifecycle management for CIO’s subdivision. Responsible for utilizing Government Purchase Card (GPC) for Operations procurements of $10k or less daily. Responsible for providing federal oversight for contractor staff and deferring, when applicable, to Information Assurance/ Physical Security/ Federal Accountable Property Officers (APO’s). Delegating to Technicians and Engineers for disposal of government property in accordance with NSA standards. Provide oversight and instruction to the setup of Atlassian tool (JIRA) for asset inventory/ shipping/ decommissioning along with the doing a cost analysis and sourcing of the MSD scanner made by Honeywell for property scanning of Department specific barcodes. Liaison between CIO’s subdivision and DOE’s Property Management Team. Responsible for providing reconciliation reports to DOE’s Budget Office monthly.

Amended Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation to reflect program changes/ restraints. Was solely responsible for shipping, receiving, declassifying/ sanitizing, and coordination of the reutilization of government furnished property. Stored and issued high value/ accountable property for the entire organization for contractor managed property. Produced procurement packages for government property for utilization within headquarters and multiple CONUS locations. Conducted price analysis for “like” items through pre-approved sources (vendors). Contacted vendors to confirm availability of items and coordinates with requestors and key component personnel (government customer) to verify funds along with security to ensure items are approved for purchase and possible installation.
November 2020 – October 2022: Senior Asset Manager, Prominent Global Solutions Inc, Defense Information Security Agency (DISA), Fort Meade, MD *part time*
Was the sole contact for Asset and Software records for the program. Maintained procedures for marking, handling, storage, preservation, packaging, and shipping to protect the quality of products and prevent damage, loss, deterioration, degradation, or substitution of products. Supported refreshing hardware that has reached end-of-life. Maintained and upgraded COTS software licenses as required by information assurance mandates, licensing agreements, or interoperability concerns. Procured COTS hardware with embedded software, software licenses, maintenance agreements, or any combination of these items. Entered all hardware, software license, and maintenance agreements that are purchased into a tracking system. Handled international shipments that fall under US Customs Regulations in accordance with the basic contract. Coordinated all shipping with the Government for any special packaging for select systems. Reports observed shortages, overages, incorrect items received, lost shipments, damaged items received, improper preservation, improper packaging. Performs physical inventories of all GFE equipment. November 2020 – February 2021: Asset Manager, Accel Corporation, US Census Bureau, Suitland, MD *Part-time*
Was responsible for compiling information packets via the Service Now application for management of Lost, Stolen, or Misused government issued equipment throughout the US Census Bureau’s collection effort. Was responsible for maintaining a spreadsheet of daily activities itemizing successful completion of submitted tickets. Was responsible for continued coordination throughout the project with senior government entities as well as officials in select sites nationwide in an effort to reconcile records from site to site.
October 2020 – December 2020: Project Manager, Insight Global Solutions Inc., Pentagon, Secretariat of the Joint Staff (JCOS) *2 month Contract*
Oversaw the records management effort and develop a project plan and report on project status. Was responsible for the overall management supervision and coordination of the contract to include, but not limited to, personnel selection, training, identifying customer requirements, developing a plan for service delivery, assigning individual responsibilities, develop schedules to ensure timely completion and final delivery of services to the customer. Interfaced with all levels of management. Prepared and delivered weekly status updates to keep Records and Research Branch Chief, COR and TPOC abreast of issues and/or obstacles so the Government can assist where needed to keep activities on target for success. Provided the documented process from the TS Project Supervisor and compose a lessons-learned document at the completion of this effort.
November 2019 – June 2020: Maintenance and Asset Manager, Conviso Inc., Alexandria, VA, Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) *DoD*
Responsible for providing maintenance and disposal records/ actions for $10m worth of Government Purchased Equipment (GPE). Assisted with acquisition process for End of Service (EOS) hardware. Submitted trouble tickets in the Service Now tool for shipments from partner sites as well as IT property installations/ upgrades/ decommissions. Monitor system for End of Life/ Service (EOS) dates and submit service tickets for action. Responsible for providing Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) support for Government Purchase Equipment (GFP) both locally in the DC Metro area offices and across the CONUS offices. Maintains multiple spreadsheets and provides daily updates to government key components. Required to provide procurement/ vendor information government Purchase Card Holders for future purchases in order to maintain supply/ inventory standards for agency requirements. Maintain, inventory, and inventory stock of consumables (monitors/ mice/ keyboards). Provided Software Asset Management (SAM) records for procurement and acquisition requests for software license purchases/ renewals via both MS Office-Excel spreadsheet and NGA’s PeopleSoft Tool. Served as a liaison for the Financial Management (FM) group to process pricing for software purchases. Compiled milestone information and scheduled a monthly presentation via MS Office Power-Point that I was required to present to Senior Leadership both onsite and through a Video Tele-Conference (VTC) and or Voice over Internet Protocol (VOIP) that I scheduled, organized, and conducted. Conducted Data Transfers of information between networks and through CD-R’s and DVD’s under accordance of NGA security policies. Submitted trouble tickets for equipment moves in both the Sunflower and Service Now applications through coordination with the IT Help Desk Department. Provided service delivery records for Government Furnished Property (GFP) to include maintenance and the replacement of materials. Maintained the Technical Library, including all publications, data, exhibits and other information not limited to: DOT Compliance & Regulations, Life Cycle Asset Management, Moving Services Management SOP’s, and other SOP’s associated within Moving Services & Logistics Support Management. Oversaw all operations related to Move Services Office such as but not limited to Transportation request(s), Move request(s), forecasting and scheduling, transfer or move of equipment and/or property assets, and all other reporting requirements as specified within the PWS. *MANTECH -Constructed and utilize a file management system via Excel/ Access to track personnel security files for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Amended and successfully improved on the previously constructed file management system for the Site Security Office (SSO) files. Categorized records and stored them in alphabetical or numerical sequence or a combination of the two due to the occasional use of centralized records units that maintain more than one system and some require cross referencing among files and/or indexing. Responded to requests for items from files by locating and retrieving the item, sending or delivering it to the requester, and documenting the transaction. Conferred with document originators to resolve discrepancies and compile required changes to documents. *SKC LLC-Responsible for supervising inventories of government purchased property in allocated storage spaces as well as the following the appropriate distribution/ re-distribution procedures for government purchased equipment.
