I am an expert in metal stampings, welded assemblies, plastic injection molded and various assembly processes.

My background covers under body parts all the way up to roof luggage rack assemblies.

Worked on launched many projects for GM, Ford, Chrysler, as well as foreign companies who build vehicles in America.

I have worked as a Project Engineer, following a promotion from Quality Engineer in 2006 by Magna. I have quoted vehicle customization projects for a second stage-manufacturing center in Auburn Hills, MI. I have facilitated the launch of the Dodge Ram and the Jeep Cherokee customizations. Helped launch the Jefferson North Assembly and Mercedes Benz Vance, Alabama plants.

I have worked as a Production Supervisor in a UAW unionized automotive stamping plant.

I have cut scrap down by 30%. I have a proven record of accomplishment of achieving production goals. I have a thorough understanding of visual factory concepts. Performed warranty analysis on returned product.

Employed as a Quality Manager; I have managed a staff of eight in day-to-day operations in a welding and stamping center.

I have trained personnel in inspection methods, health and safety, emergency procedures and 5S practices. I have worked as Plant IMDS coordinator.

I wrote the ISO 18001 manual while I was the Health & Safety Chair.
