Business Process Manager, Business Analyst, Project Manager

I believe every business process can be improved by working with the group and their customers to identify how it can be improved. Utilizing Lean tools such as Process Mapping or Value Stream Mapping, I help the group identify the wastes and drive them to work collaboratively on the future state.
