Senior Prepress & Printing Buyer for Packaging
Managed prepress and production for U.S. Retail & Foodservice Packaging for Yoplait, Snacks, Pillsbury, and Meals divisions.
Consistently and efficiently managed prepress production process. Managed external partnerships by providing input to ten distinctive design agencies from designing to the print process to ensure quality printing for final packaging.
Managed relationships with all internal and external GMI packaging partners (Design, Marketing, QRO Labeling, Packaging Engineers, Product Developers, Logistics, Operations, Consumer Insights, Legal, Sourcing, and multiple prepress and printing vendors around the world) to ensure the successful completion of each project.
Noted for extensive experience in all four printing processes GMI uses for packaging (offset, flexography, rotogravure, and dry offset).
Ensured that all printers are furnished with accurate for color and content prepress materials and printing instructions to produce the finest packaging possible. As a result, the printers were more cost and time efficient with start up and make ready.
