Provided complete on-site construction management for a commercial real estate development company. The project was the total renovation of an abandoned PECO/Exelon Power Generation Station and 100-acre site along the Delaware River in Chester, PA. The development work included transforming a 1 million square foot, 3 section electrical generating plant into “Class A” multi-tenant corporate office space and complete site work including new public roads. Managed all aspects of construction projects at the field level that included building and site demolition, new steel erection, multi-level concrete deck pours, MEP, fire protection and general construction.
