The DCR Workforce Vendor Management System (VMS) manages all non-employee labor and services procurement, providing you with true visibility into cost, compliance and efficiency. The vendor management system is a critical component of Smart track product to provide total talent solution.

Smart Track is a web based application and is excellent software in the vendor management field. This application manages all sections of MSP, Client management, Supplier management and CW management. Roles and rights are provided to the user types in Admin module. Features for the users when logged into the application will be available based on the roles and rights. It consists of many modules such as Admin, PMO, SPMO, Requirement, Contract Worker, Timesheet, Expense, Invoice, Reports modules, etc.; It is a complete solution to manage the employee timesheet, payment in an organization and daily tracking of employees can be done.

Responsibilities:

Review the user stories and do impact analysis.

Identifying and preparing Test scenarios for the application.

Design and execution of Test Cases based on Functional Specification document.

Involved in Functionality testing, Regression Testing, Smoke testing, and Retesting.

Maintaining Test scripts and Frequently running Test scripts using TestNG.

Report defects by attaching to user stories in TFS.

Work in close contact with developers.

Discuss with client if any clarification needs

Active participation in scrum calls.

Providing the sign off once user story or application meets the requirement.

Investigate the root cause of production issues and guide to the developer to fix the issue and provide sign off once verified.

This Product provides range of features and benefits for customers, including Optimize supply chains through real-time end-to-end visibility, and configurable reporting options, a dynamic and flexible portal to manage complex logistics challenges, improve collaboration and mitigate risk. This product is designed to make navigation easier and usability simpler for the users.

Agility Connects application provides live freight forwarding shipment tracking and status via browser or mobile app. In addition, reports and data extracts are available anytime. User can also book shipments online saving time and improving data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Understand the FRS document and prepare the test cases.

Actively participated in daily stand up calls.

Creating Test Planning in Xray tool and mapping test cases to the stories.

Involved in Functionality testing, Regression Testing, Smoke testing, and Retesting.

Execute the test cases and mapping execution ID’s to Test Plan.

Logging the defects in Jira

Prepare the Test plan report, Execution Report.
