My previous roles have equipped me with strong organization and critical thinking skills, and I am familiar with healthcare terminology due to my educational background. I have about 6 years of legal background and about 6 years of customer service experience in the auto, health and infomercial products industry, which is not on my resume, because it has been over 10 years. At “Blue Cross Health Insurance” I worked for 2 years as a customer service Representative, where I had verbal communication with customers, informing them of their insurance benefits and changing doctors at their request. In addition, I worked for, “21st Century Auto Insurance for 2 years, there I was able to give clients and non-clients auto quotes, making policy changes and informing them of their insurance benefits. In addition, as mentioned on my resume, I worked another 2 years at “Applied Perceptions, where I sold and upsold infomercial products, like the “No, No" and “Dermawand”.
