I am a dedicated professional with more than twenty-five years of professional information technology (IT) and customer service experience. These years of IT experience also include about twenty years of being a Ellucian Banner(EB) SQL / Oracle programming while working at NC Central Univ. (NCCU). While working at NCCU I successfully completed multiple EB SQL / Oracle related projects and tasks that involve data migration, data management, data reporting, along with aligning various associated 3rd party computing systems with Ellucian Banner and various modules. These 3rd party systems included Argos Report, SAS, Blackboard Analytics, Blackboard Connect, APPWORX, College Net-R25, and Spreadsheet Budgeting. These various data migration initiatives involved data science/data analysts’ methodologies . I also provided client support services, technical support, and provided related documentation to functional users. These modules include Human Resources, Payroll, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Student, Finance, and Alumni/Development. My Ellucian Banner experiences were enhanced with EB CRM Recruit exposure during my employment at Baltimore City Community College.
