o Analyzed the design environment and studied Asurface for tooling feasibility, draft analysis, and gap & flush, ensuring optimal design for manufacturing. o Created B & C surfaces from A surface with parametric history, facilitating robust component development.
o Added B-side features (Snap, Locator, Rib, Bosses, Clip Tower, Dog House) to closed bodies, creating instances using power copy to meet functional and assembly requirements.
