The Care Group is a medical marketing company providing solutions for physicians, laboratories, pharmacies, surgery centers and patients that improve efficiency and overall care, and data to improve diagnoses.

As an independently contracted CRM Consultant – Providing guidance, functional and technical support in implementing a Dynamics CRM project with additional functionality encompassing their business operation processes. The initial phases of the project implementation utilized modified mobile app, custom js forms, custom entities, and plugins for multiple departments. Integrations was entirely cloud based off new Dynamics 365 Data Sync featuring using Azure SQL and Azure VMs; allowed for full SSRS capabilities (i.e. email notifications) in the cloud.

Project was managed with Agile methodology with YouTrack and git source code repository through BitBucket with 2 person dev. team; managed by Paxton Tait’s consulting services.

WILLAM MORRIS ENDEAVOR IMG, Beverly Hills, CA January 2017– June 2017

Originally one of the top entertainment agencies and with its merger with IMG, one of the largest sports agencies; is now on the forefront of the future of Hollywood with its venture into content creation along with representation.

As CRM Lead – Brought in to facilitate agile business app development utilizing the Dynamics CRM platform within numerous lines of business (LOBs). Worked with off-shore resource with full stack .NET development capabilities; incorporating Github, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and custom integrations. Internally the firm managed AppDev efforts with enterprise class ALM practices with use of Typescript scripting development, Azure cloud hosted integrations, SSO Office 365 authentication, Logmill.io error reporting, custom abstraction integration app for centralized integration with its custom core competency Contacts Management Database, multiple Sandbox, Dev & QA environments with automated Unit Testing and centralized On-Prem reporting. Below highlights what was achieved:

TV LOB – First project assigned to; came into a project 4-6 months behind schedule with gaps in functionality and consistently late releases. After completing parallel sprints between off-shore development team and Paxton; was able to turn around project direction with on-time releases and stop gap stakeholder's functionality concerns within 3 months by prioritizing development.

Also provided functional business requirements documentation (BRDs), BRD discovery with stakeholders, technical architecture assistance to .NET Lead, user support, training sessions and creation of training documentation.

A Nonprofit corporation that operates a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) providing technical guidance and advice on all aspects of space missions to military, civil, international and commercial customers to assure space mission success.

As CRM Developer – hired for Developer/Administrator position in a multi-year CRM implementation project using CRM online, SharePoint online, and SSO Office 365; all hosted in the Microsoft US Government Cloud. Aerospace required additional security measures as SSO integrated with PingFederate services for additional ADFS security and daily revolving password proxy infrastructure. Integrations include SAP, LDAP and numerous internal java applications; using Scribe and custom JS web services. Project was spearheaded by Commercial (For-Profit division) within corporation; with expectations of software development department’s effort to retire hundreds Lotus Notes applications with xRM architecture. Overall IT infrastructure is highly secure (US Military & DoD standards), mission critical enterprise environment with encryption at rest data minimum requirements.

Promotion to Lead Developer - Eight months into project CRM architect was released and received a promotion as lead developer/technical lead. A replacement functional architect was hired later 6 months.
