UN Development Program, Namibia Office 02 Feb - 13th May 2021 VDAP-Detail Assignment: YoUNDP for Beginners – Contextualizing the Onboarding and Induction Experience -

• The UNDP Namibia Accelerator Lab wishes to partner with another Lab / CO to help them co-design and co-create an onboarding manual and program. The project will not replace the existing Induction and On- boarding Programme under the Talent development Unit, it will merely enhance the learning given that each CO has contextual variables which may be highlighted and strengthened. The project will seek to assess whether the manual will be utilized by new staff as well as existing staff and it will assess whether there are other aspects or areas to be added. The manual could also be used as a prototype that can be shared and co- created/adapted on share point by other people manager teams to enhance the employee experience at UNDP. Positions: 1.
