Provided comprehensive executive leadership to each of the following three main divisions of Pillar Group – Real Estate, Manufacturing and Concrete Construction:
• Real Estate Development – Negotiated the acquisition and financing of approximately 1 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties in Dallas; negotiated and implemented over $12 million of municipal TIF incentives; redeveloped historic buildings 2
in downtown Dallas; leased out properties to Koch Industries, Home Depot, White Cap, and various smaller companies.
• Manufacturing – Oversaw the formulation, manufacturing, and packaging of liquid and powder household products under Pillar Group’s own branded labels and under other brand names for major companies; prepared SOPs, implemented production planning and accounting systems, and managed staff of 12.
• Concrete Construction – Administrated the Performance Contracts for the Oklahoma Aquarium, numerous Air Force bases, residential developments, and churches; employed 2 estimators, 4 project managers and over 100 laborers. Scientific Group of Companies 1992 – 2002
