●Rebuilt provider trust in Affinity through direct provider contact, resolving long-standing claims issues and demonstrating improved data quality and reporting from the Facets system.
●Served as executive sponsor for development and launch of PopAction Analytics tool, 3M Informed Analytics set of reports that allowed providers to track and act on key performance indicators of potentially preventable events, chronic fallout, diagnosis and coding quality, member risk score changes, and risk-adjusted financial performance with information from Facets payment system.
