2. Code Assignment:

Each product has been assigned a product classification code based on its domain or industry relevance. These codes are based on the following categories: CCEI: Civil and Construction Engineering-related products. PEI: Process Engineering and Industrial-related products. In the imaging services, all the key attributes pertaining to a log are indexed in the database and depth registration is done on the scanned image. This image is linked to the corresponding well with reference to the PI (Petroleum Industry) record. We capture around 50 to 65 attributes in this process. In Indexing main Process is keying log information, which links the Log image to the right well. For this process we use an application called Log Manager+. In Depth Registration image is marked as individual sections through tagging like header, scale, parameter, miscellaneous, white space, depth sections and removal of distortion in the images. For this process we use e-Log application.
