Throughout my various employment I have worked my way or have been hired into leadership positions. At my current employment I am trained as a Subject Mater Expert (SME), I have always been dedicated to any current employment and applied myself to the full extent, while looking for additional duties to take on.

Sales

Held various sales positions obtaining different customer service and sales approaches. It has been a great experience to and tools that have been provided by former employers such as John Costigan course

Communication

customer service role which includes speaking to at least 50 people a day, with the various quality aspects in play I have learned how to communicate to various people in a professional manor. As well as initiating and problem solving. I have learned various techniques through previous college course work as well.

Leadership

I feel as if I have always been a confident person and have displayed this throughout my previous and current roles. My ambition has helped me to expedite my goals to further my basic role into a leadership position where people can rely on me. I have always been loyal to my teammates and to leadership, knowing to have discussions versus arguing.
