The company discontinued this position and went computerized. My next role was the Claims/ Receiving Supervisor. I helped unload and check in warehouse shipments as well as vendor deliveries. I sent back merchandise to the supplier for credits on the claims that could not be returned to the floor or marked down. I have helped prepare the store for inventory, Black Friday events, and clearance events as well.
