I started as an HR floater and was trained in almost all clinical positions, including several different locations. I have scanned documents and saved them in Docuware. I have Outlook experience including teams and the calendar. I am fluent in Microsoft Excel. I love to stay busy and provide the best consumer service that I can. I am up to date on all training. I then became the Outpatient Clinical Assistant. I greeted the consumers, checked them in and rescheduled them. I answered questions, directed them, printed and had consumer sign their business office paperwork. I answered the phone. I have helped prepare the store for inventory, Black Friday events, and clearance events as well.
