Leading 4-year collective impact grant-funded initiative
Guided Common Agenda using a collective impact model Spearheading model for initiative including, forming the following advisory groups: 40+-member, cross disability state-level Advisory Council; Lived Experience Network Speaks (LENS) advisory group with authentic lived experience paid for meetings, consultation, and in-house content; Workplan Task Force of key I/DD policy stakeholders that finalized Workplan from I/DD Policy Think Tank hosted by LAND
Led development of message platform for initiative with all advisory groups for media and community engagement; and storytelling/media training for initiative’s Speaker’s Bureau
Develop and manage digital media campaigns, newsletters, webinars, and toolkits to amplify advocacy efforts for people with disabilities and their families
Hosted 17 monthly webinars on timely topics relating to initiative’s agenda averaging 80-120 people per webinar; wrote and produced 15 follow-up newsletters
Developed digital Innovations Waiver Pathway with Tip Sheet and led team for 10 Pathway Presentations/Trainings (Autism Society NC, Down Syndrome Alliance, DD Consortium, etc.)
