Responsibilities: Responsible for daily ops, facility, investments, restructuring all the Plant activities and implementing an investment plan of 40 mil. € (new production technology). Coordination person for studies, negotiations, designing Companies, production equipment deliveries from Greece, Germany, Poland, China, UK, Canada, Romania.

Achievements:

Transformed the P&L from losses to profits by recovering multi million euros through waste shutdown initiatives (iron scrap, stainless steel, copper wire, transformers) across all production sectors, restructured the workforce from 500 to 100 FTE and optimized operations through strategic outsourcing. Saved € 200k euro/year by upgrading water/cooling plant. Production breakdowns <1 %. Renegotiate main utilities contracts (energy, natural gas..), changing supliers in order to have best price offer on the market (savings 150 k euro/year).

Energy savings costs 150 k euro/year by switching to power supply from 110 kv to 20 kv.

Plant construction (totaling over € 15 million) includes industrial hall 5 000 m2, office building 1 000 m2, utilities, roads and platforms, wastewater treatment plant, cables network, transformers station, deep well water, natural gas network, installation of industrial equipment.

Achievements: Preparation of documentation and obtaining all approvals for building permit / environment; Negotiating with the design company, all adaptations and improvements to the initial project released and implemented; Selection, contract negotiation and monitoring execution of civil works, utilities (electricity, water, natural gas and industrial gases), managed the project execution with savings of € >800.000; Set up functional + efficient staffing, selection, hiring and motivating technical + administrative staff, ROI (internal order rules) implemented, implemented EH&S legal requirements + other administrative measures for good business conduct.
