Position Profile:

Transition Associate Consultant responsible for a smooth transition of processes from current production state to HCLTech Delivery state.

Interviewing new candidates to fulfill technical positions for the merger, acquisition or restructuring of an IT client

Help to plan, document and prepare for the transition of services by identifying key stakeholders, assessing the impact of the organization and developing a roadmap for the change

Facilitate effective communication between different teams, departments and stakeholders during the transition

Prepare documentation for delivery teams by creating a runbook and a 30-60-90 day planner for after go-live
