● Directly supports Behavioral Health Clinical Services Manager, Director and Medical Director as a data analyst/operations specialist

● Provide administrative support by validating and generating reports for decision-making across the department

● Responsible for data collection, data entry, database maintenance

● Manage SharePoint Database for the Behavioral Health Department, creating new workflows and reports ensuring data accuracy and integrity

● Support the CalAIM Community Supports Sobering Center Data Management in SyntraNet system

● Create utilization management case authorizations for Sobering Center Services and coordinate cases for clinical review
