• Subcontracted with PPL /NY CDPAP through Nexrep

• Properly kept documents and information well documented in our CRM system as well as the PPL @Home customer portals

• Processed returns for customers.
• Provided support with issues between customers and satisfaction of the store or a product

• Help to track and document the days tils and safe deposit drops at the end of the shift
• Provide copies of financial reports of end of shift totals and problems during the shift
• Assist customers with the registry kiosk and provide ideas and opinions of personal experiences with the registry and the products for the type of registry and upsell for the company
• Maintain a customer satisfaction score of above 95
