Lift Experience Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of lift systems and scanning operations at Vail Resorts, ensuring seamless and efficient guest experiences. Supervises lift operators and scanning personnel, ensuring safety, customer service excellence, and adherence to operational procedures.

Lift Operations Management: Lead and coordinate the operation of ski lifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed, equipment is maintained, and lift schedules run smoothly.

Department Management: Supervise and manage all aspects of the produce department, including product selection, pricing, display, and rotation to ensure fresh and high-quality offerings.
