Job Description
Sourcing the candidates from portals and direct recruitment and conducting preliminary interviews.
Follow up till the candidate joining.
Perform HR Administration and a full spectrum of Payroll Processing. Check newly joined P-files in the pay system, ensure data are created correctly.
Maintain & update payroll records (allowances / deduction / overtime payment).
Handle staff/worker Appointment letters, Experience Letters, Relieving Letters, Resignation and termination letters.
Used to Handle Background Verification Process (Professional and Criminal). Used to Handle Preboarding, Onboarding and Documentation Process. Preparing the Salary Structure for New Joiners and Salary revisions which are included in Annexures of Appointment letters.
Coordinating with the Admin for Attendance and Consolidated sheets closure at the month ending, so that we can process the Payroll. Processing Employee Salaries and Salary revisions. Tally the Salary Paysheet.
PF & ESIC Enrollment, Payment and Challan Generation. PT Payment, Challan Generation and maintaining the returns. Used to coordinate with the Bank persons related to accounts and maintain all the Bank account details and used to update it in the portal accordingly. Used to handle all Payroll related queries.
