With ** years of experience in Project Freight Forwarding I have a vast knowledge of both international and domestics logistics. -Managed day to day operations of Project Coordinators including RFQ’s, arrangement of ocean/airfreight/domestic shipments, ocean and air charters, customer service, maintaining proper import/export procedures, billing and file closure.

-First point of contact to the customer reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations.

-Attend operations and expediting meetings and help customers manage their vendors/suppliers.

-Managed project KPI’s both internal and external.

-Vast experience with attending kick-off meetings which included overseas travel.

-Responsible for financial management in accordance to the contract.

Ocean Export Supervisor

-Responsible for customer RFQ’s as well as quote request from overseas agents.

-Experience includes all modes of transport including LTL, FTL and oversize loads.

-Also familiar with documentation and packing requirements for different countries around the world.

Account Supervisor

Newmont / Batu Hijau Mining re-supply project to Indonesia

-Responsible for all shipments from the US and Canada.

-Duties include organizing, expediting, line checks and export packing coordination

-Approx. 350 purchase orders per month.

-Handled weekly consolidation and daily KPI reports.

-Also responsible for all billing and month-end closing.

-All positions required data entry into company(s) operating systems

-Valid passport with vast travel experience for kick off meetings, site visits, etc.
