SIERA is one of the flagship analytics platform which produces 200+ Analytics reports for 8000+ (HO + fields) users. My role is to manage the data for this platform. I have privileged to gain experience while working with various Platform Migration, new product launch, Agent commission/recognition related projects.

It is a Federal mandate to ensure provision of Credit and Banking Services to Low and Moderate income (LMI) borrowers and geographies. The CRA assesses the bank’s record of meeting the credit needs of the local communities where the financial institute has banking centers or deposit taking ATMs. Regulatory performance evaluations determine how well the institution serves LMI consumers, small businesses and LMI geographies (census tracts) proportionately to other income segments. For this reason many Institute has developed CRA Platform to monitor Lending/Investment/Services activities.
The aim of this project is to improve compliance risk management ability to support the monitoring and reporting process for CRA performance, facilitating effort to evaluate its CRA rating.
Responsibilities:
Experienced in deep understanding of complex Regulatory requirements and converting them to mathematical expression or editing existing quantitative model.
Involved in creation of business rule based analytics engine for CRA domain of BOFA. This engine contains over 4500 calculation.
