-Responsible for the mine Daily Production Report, ensuring accurate source of data for all the production coal and overburden material movement with the pit production supervisors, support working as a team. -Responsible for all the Projects Managing administrative and organizational responsibilities, such us:
- Responsible for the receiving and formal opening of all the projects bid proposals with purchasing department and the comparison chart elaboration in order to be ready to analyze total cost, labour force cost, materials, equipment and AIU, on detail.
- Responsible for the Daily Requisitions, purchase orders, material receipt process logistics and control of the material, equipment contractors’ partial invoices payments for all the projects developed at the mine in conjunction with purchasing and warehouse departments. Keeping track of all the processes, from the requisition status up till final deliver at the construction site, same in the case of equipment rental, equipment purchase and contractor man hours worked .
- Responsible for the Daily supervision and control of each purchase order revision and verification to ensure they have the right cost, vendor, AFE/mine account charged and deliver/payment conditions.
- Responsible for the imported materials, related to construction projects, tracking in conjunction with Imports Department, developing a logistics process to confirm accurate materials arrived time, in order to plan the work schedule (equipment rental and labour force contracting) also working with transportation and receiving areas to minimize material receiving delays and maintain the construction project schedule.
-Maintained project costing information related to all AFE related purchased materials, equipment, contracting services, work force, for DLTD projects ensuring timely and accurate cost reporting. CONTRACTORS SUPPORT
- Contractors training covering all the DLTD policies and requirements for each process they have to be directly involved in, such as US payment processes and material/personnel entrance documents needed (safety induction-norms and regulations-, security standards,, insurances obligations) to be able to operate in the mine site areas, this work in conjunction with safety, training and security departments.
- Managing and maintaining contractors insurances records (health-professional risks).
- Maintenance and update of each projects Contractors Daily Reports File s(man hours and equipment daily performance), these are the support for the invoices payment approvals.
- General Counselling and advisory to the contractors as and when required (Client Service Skills), also administrative issues support.
- Supervision and control of each contractor’s employee health and accidents insurance coverage periods and update to ensure maintaining proper coverage while working in awarded DLTD projects. PROJECT MANAGERS SUPPORT:
-Supporting the USA Company’s construction department administrative responsibilities such us visa documentation recruitment and resumes (CV) translations for the international contractors’ crew, the international consultant and specialists and the American project supervisors.
- Advice and support on Managers flight schedules, keeping track of them to be aware in case of any modification, and scheduling the non-routine flights not only for our managers but also for consultants and special visitors.
- Drawings (electrical and mechanical) printing and files organization for each project updating the book files with the modified drawings according to the project development needs.

Responsible representative for the Client PVDC Barrick Gold Corp. to the EPCM (Fluor’s Daniel Corp.) contractor’s administration of the works at the construction of the PVDC project facilities.
-Responsible to review and progress work approval to all contracts during PVDC s construction phase.
- Responsible for the receiving and formal review of PPF (progress payment form) and invoices of all contractors working at the mine during the construction phase.
- Responsible to review and approve daily requisitions, contractor’s equipment verification, invoice payment requests for suppliers under contract during the construction phase. As PVDC representative, attend all the weekly progress meetings with the contractors and EPCM (Fluor Daniel), to ensure that all the areas involved (safety, environmental, manpower, engineering, materials, equipment, and contracts) were following the schedule, and that all needs during the construction process were fulfilled and issues addressed and resolved.
-Keeping track of all final approval (PPFs, invoices and payment).
-Keep permanent control of each contract and sub-contracts in all areas ensuring work is within approved budget, on-schedule, and in order to avoid any delays or over invoicing to the different projects.
- Responsible for the reviews and approval of compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts, verify information contained in the progress payment related to cost control and invoices. Reviews and approval of upgrades, extensions, and amendments to contracts. Leading contract management meetings, to verify compliance with the following topics: Security, risk prevention, environment, QC / QA, engineering, construction, industrial relations, commercial and finance. Issuance of reports from the assigned construction contracts, with description of physical progress, work programs, budget and resolution of situations of interest.
