Experience

Reservation agent- I worked at concentrix for 8 months 2022-2023, where my role was to assist customers with booking rental vehicles based on their needs. This included helping them select the right type of vehicle, arranging the pick-up and drop-off locations (often at airports), and confirming the rental duration. I also provided information about rental policies, pricing, and availability, while ensuring reservations were accurate and tailored to customer requests. Additionally, I addressed customer inquiries, made modifications to existing reservations when needed, and delivered a professional and friendly service to ensure a smooth rental experience.

Inbound Customer service & Sales representative -I worked at Centerfield in the AT&T department for 2 years and 9 months (2023–2025), where I was responsible for persuading both existing and potential customers to sign up for new services or upgrade their current ones. If our service was not available in their area, I would cross-sell and offer the next best option from another service provider.
