EMPLOYMENT

1.Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Lead_ Sustainable Youth Employment through Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development (SEED) Program_ MasterCard Foundation Program, under Entrepreneurship Development Institute (EDI).

•Designing and managing the monitoring and evaluation activities of the SEED program,

•Develop ME&L framework and M&E strategies for EDI to make sure that activities are being periodically tracked, real-time data collected and compiled, implementation performances monitored and evaluated, lessons documented, and results and learnings shared with EDI staff and partners,

•Monitoring and Evaluation of Business Incubators to support entrepreneurship and MSME/Agri-tech and Agri-business start-ups and MSMEs of their performance.

•Monitoring and Evaluation of Start-ups and Small companies their performance,

•Monitoring and Evaluation of SME/Private sector/Agribusiness programs of their performance.
