SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE
Sr. Business Analyst/Product Owner/Scrum Master
General Motors, Roswell, GA 07/2021 – 10/2024
Project: Marketplace POC – Led end-to-end development of POC to capture vendor data and enable downstream systems to access said data based on Marketplace program enrollment. Elicitation and documentation of business requirements, user story creation and refinement, facilitation of scrum ceremonies, demo and UAT scheduling.
Project: CarBravo Launch – Elicited business requirements from stakeholders and created user stories for the “CarBravo” credentialing process. Our team developed features that enabled dealers/suppliers to rank used vehicles, and configured/designed the migration of non-gm vehicle data to GM Dealer Data Systems to allow GM dealerships to sale non-GM vehicles
Project: Language Translation for International Releases (Canada & Central America) - Coordinated development team efforts to translate Dealer Data (Sales/Finance/OPM/Brand) into multiple languages by overseeing the mapping of existing dealer data systems, applications, and integrations that would support GM Dealerships in Canada and Central America. Core Role:
Scheduled and facilitated ceremonies and stakeholder sessions to elicit, define, and document high level business and technical requirements; routinely met with business partners to communicate development team progress and provided periodic project status updates to management and key stakeholders
Coordinated software development efforts through “RACI” stakeholder engagement, supported continuous integration and feature delivery using Aha, SharePoint, and ADO/TFS and Smartsheet RAID Logs to organize business and technical requirements, manage the product backlog, and mitigate deployment risks
Project and product management for initiatives to enhance database storage and networking capabilities of internal systems and applications; improving GM’s ability to capture, store, share, and leverage dealer data across six applications that supported Dealer Systems and Sales

Scheduled and facilitated business requirement sessions to elicit, define, and document the talent acquisition process and existing features/functionality of the Workday application as deployed and implemented within Salesforce
Routinely engaged Salesforce and Workday stakeholders to prioritize requirements (MSCW) and effectively summarize and communicate status of requirement sessions based on the prioritization, categorization, and potential feature design to support and/or enhance talent acquisition processes
