I am responsible for Mastek, North America recruiting for all project based onsite requirements. I was specifically responsible for Oracle ERP resourcing along with all the verticals for project based onsite resourcing. Have been achieving 100% on target and on time to fulfill all the project needs, both permanent and contracting roles. My resourcing spans across all skills around cloud for digital, data, managed services and Oracle ERP.
I am a very hands on recruiter with through knowledge of inter department functions and processes. Have been instrument in implementing SAP SuccesFactor ATS, Ariba and now bespoke SubPay360 in Mastek.

As a Sr Technical Recruiter, my role is to cater to onsite recruiting for all the verticals. My task is to recruit for both, FTE and Contractors. My job starts with identifying the matching candidate to the need, conduct technical and cultural evaluations. Onboard all the selected candidates, hand hold them until they start on the project.

I have joined with HCL as an Account Executive based out of Dallas, TX. My responsibilities were to develop new accounts for offshore development services and manage the Named-Accounts in the Mid-west region.
