Greetings:

I am interested in the Remote HR & Leadership Development Internship. With five years of administrative support and business operations experience, I offer strong leadership and team coaching skills. My calm approach under pressure, effective teamwork and strong faith have helped establish my reliability and leadership.

In addition to professional experience in healthcare, I have an Associate Degree in Business Management and certification as a Human Resources Management Specialist and Management and Leadership Specialist, which provided knowledge in onboarding and employment laws. The objective for this position is to utilize relevant knowledge and skills while performing the required duties and building professional relationships.

Being an individual of steadfast faith, I’ve learned to wholly lean on God alone, as I’ve experienced a unique spiritual walk thus far in life. Our relation isn’t perfect but that’s the beauty of it. He teaches and when I fall he picks me up and during my falls, I’ve also learned to help others up. I am committed to helping you achieve success by leveraging my dedication, organizational abilities, time management, decision-making skills, and attention to detail. With years of professional experience, I have provided leadership guidance, trained new staff using active listening along with other techniques, developed employee resources, prepared monthly reports, and communicated effectively—one of my core strengths.

In the Plastic Surgery and Craniofacial Department, I handle KPI analysis, payroll tracking, coaching staff, consolidating reports, and facilitating business operations through effective communication. I have built strong professional relationships, rapidly developed new skills, and contributed to team goals. My adaptability, work ethic, and professionalism would be assets in this role.
