-Responsible for all operations of the Tukwila branch and reported to the Washington district manager as well as the corporate office. Oversee and evaluate internal staff every year to ensure that all of their responsibilities are being met. Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety rules within my branch, to other branch staff, customers, and temporary employees. Manage advances, oversee temporary employee payroll, customer invoicing, and office expenses. Maintain and exceed profit margin goals (27%+). Investigate and resolve customer/employee complaints. Follow up with customer for outstanding payments. Help analyze branch results to determine effectiveness of business processes consistent with company aim and philosophy. Participate in development and utilization of methods to promote business for the company. Make frequent sales calls in an attempt to build and maintain a strong customer base. Determine customer bill rates and review contracts for completeness. Make frequent visits to existing customers in order to monitor customer satisfaction and employee working conditions. Ensure satisfactory/safe working conditions for all temporary employees at customer jobsites and complete jobsite safety evaluations for all customers. Ensure distribution and collection of all Personal Protective Equipment. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for district sales manager, CFO, and CEO. Make the necessary contacts to ensure maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. Maintain the quality of company workforce. Maintain branch appearance and cleanliness. Maintain branch inventories of forms, payroll checks, office supplies, safety supplies, and equipment. Fully understand the duties of all internal positions. Perform high level financial calculations and demonstrate an excellent understanding of financial analysis, trends, statistics, and profitability. Demonstrate an ability to multi-task, stay calm, and provide excellent, efficient service in a loud, distracting, and demanding environment as well as the ability to think quickly in stressful situations and react to changing circumstances at a moment’s notice.
