Serve as training instructor/writer and participates in course development. Responsible for both pre-instructional and instructional actions including overall maintenance and improvement of assigned course areas of liquid logistics and distribution. Applies a variety of instructional techniques including lecture, seminar, conference and group discussion, programmed instruction, self-paced instruction, and multimedia instruction. Serves as a principal source of technical information on which coursed development actions are based.
