I should have worked during my university studies... but I found my passion for food and I learned how to season and grill shawarma in two ways: vertical and horizontal over charcoal, and shawarma on the grill. I also learned Syrian chicken and meat seasonings for grilling and frying... and later I learned Arabic food in a delicious way... My motto is that spices can kill or revive a dish. You have to be careful.
