Trying to keep within the standard 1 page or so Resume format, it does not really allow me to show my entire 40 or more years of work history. I have 5 years of running a Temporary Staffing office for CDL Truck Drivers. I placed ads in the paper, did all interviewing of candidates, background checks, placement of drivers in needed temporary or temp to hired positions. I also drew up the contracts between our clients and my company, I designed and mailed out advertisement flyers for the company. I was in charge of opening and training new people to run new offices we had opened up in other states. Our company was doing around $1.5 Million per year in billings.
I do know a few things about staffing. Before that job I was Operations supervisor on a several jobs where hiring and training were daily task.
I can provide more info if needed. I just wanted to personally discuss this a little since most applications and resumes do not give the opportunity to be personal. I am a very hard working, proactive person who believes in doing the job right the first time and taking it home to completion.
I have no baggage, drama, bad habits or other problems preventing me from doing the job asked of me.
