Job Responsibilities
• To meet monthly, quarterly semiannually and annual deposit and consumer targets assigned by the management.
• Implement strategies for deposit mobilization and achievement of liability targets Assigned by the management.
• Monitor and increase cross selling targets and to interact with identified and prospective Clients to increase share of wallet.
• Plan, organize and control specified banking operations of consumer banking.
• Overall supervision of General Banking including Account Opening, Cash Department, Clearing and Remittances (Local and Foreign) Term Deposits, ATM Operations, Locker Operations, Cheque books & Utility Bills and Other General Banking Areas.
• Maintaining appropriate internal controls to minimize inherent risk and to ensure operational standards and procedures are in accordance with SOP and SBP’s regulations.
• Ensuring that KYC and AML regime in compliance with best practices.
• To work on Alternate Distribution Channel services to facilitate the customers.
• Ensure compliance with the relevant shariah parameters, statutory requirements, laws, values, code of conduct and policies.
• Coordination with branches and Head Office on matters related to Operations, Treasury, Finance, Administration, Information Technology etc.
