Solely responsible for the Army “Pure Fleet” program for regular Army and National Guard. Primary responsibility included but not limited to Conducted inventories of rotary control CCI stock while simultaneously interfacing with Clients around the Globe to identify aircrafts with outdated CCI Equipment versions. Coordination of equipment shipment from the Rotary stock to Client’s location Using Military Logistical system (Document Registry Number/ Webex/ JEPAC/ Logistics Modernization Program) to validate and track the shipment of CCI level equipment to various Clients for Upgrade. Tracked shipments of clients outdated equipment used to return to Tobyhanna Army Depot for retrograded. Conducted inventories of on hand stock to verify shipping quantities available. Monitored several data sheets to forecast shipping timeline trends to ensure deliverable were not late. Using backwards planning was able to utilize client requirement due dates to set internal shipping timelines based on projected shipping trends. Tracked equipment from door to door in real time and interfaced with client upon reception to ensure modification was completed and old equipment was recovered for modification for reissue.

Primary duties were to travel in advance support for the schedule ADS-B Army Fleet Modification Team. I performed visual and operational checks on all Aircrafts for compatible/ operational equipment to prevent the Program from suffer a work stoppage situation. I routinely identified software mismatch issues that I resolved on location. I upgraded/downgrade the APX-123a Operational Flight Plan (OFP) software from OFP 7.00 to the testing OFP 7.60. Supported client by performing software upgrades on the ARC-231 from MOD 10 to MOD 11 along with upgrading the software for the sub-component Control Indicator to the latest version 9. Conducted client site support during Army Fleets AN/ASN-128 EGI PRAIM software upgrades. Routinely carrying COMSEC keys via a Simple Key Loader (SKL) and was instrumental to aid the Army Aircraft Compliance be complete ahead of schedule.
